What our customers are saying...
"I tried True Lemon for the first time today, and I drank double the water amount I normally do in an 8 hour work day. It tastes like real lemon, but better! I am an athlete too and True Lemon may be my new best friend!"

3 Ways to Keep Weight Off this Holiday Season
Here at True Lemon we greet the coming holidays with joy. Partly because we LOVE the sugar cookies, festive drinks, the rich sauces - ALL of it! But we know holiday foods add up to extra pounds we don't love. If you're like us, you might find the following strategies will help you stay on track with your weight goals between now and New Year's.
- Your Plate (and Your Cup!): Start the day with a protein-rich breakfast, have a healthy fiber-filled snack mid-day, and drink plenty of water with a splash of True products, which are proven to help people eat less. During the meal, eat whatever you like, but keep the portions small! Cut down on sauces & gravies, and stop at one plate of food! Watch your alcoholic and sweet beverage intake and stick with water (and True Lemon) instead!
- Your Body: To keep trim and healthy, aim to get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day.
- Your Mind: Get your satisfaction from great interactions and conversations instead of three helpings of pumpkin pie. If you feel like you're going out of control, write down what you've eaten and how much activity you've gotten to help you stay focused on your figure.

Live True Profile: Wave Vidmar, Arctic Explorer & Ocean Adventurer
Here at True Lemon our mantra is to 'Live True'. For us that means living your truest, fullest, and healthiest life. "Living True" means different things to different people. Maybe it's making a commitment to yourself to exercise regularly, committing your time and energy to a cause that's close to your heart, saving your money so you can travel, starting a company that you passionately believe in like David, the creator of True products and the founder of our company, or risking everything to follow your passion, like Wave Vidmar.
True Lemon caught up with Wave, who holds the record for longest Arctic swim made during a solo North Pole expedition in 2004. In summer 2012, Wave plans to row from the U.S. to England in a 24-foot ocean rowboat, alone. The only other American who tried this perished. Wave's goals are to share his research and to inspire people around the world through his Science Education Adventure Program. Here's a sneak peek into the interview:
TL: How do your adventures help others tackle something they're maybe scared to attempt?
Wave: From early on my parents encouraged me to find my own path, to not do as everyone else does. That principal is part of my core. I've learned another simple concept - if we just try, we can go far. It's natural to have fear, and as humans we typically fear what we don't know. Fear is okay. In fact, fear is good. It's what you do with that fear that makes the difference. I embrace fear. I turn my fears into strength and push through them. I make fear fuel my fire.
