Patricia Chase, RD, to Lead True Citrus Foodservice Team
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Baltimore, MD (April 14, 2010) True Citrus manufacturer and distributor of 100% all-natural True Lemon, True Lime and True Orange, is pleased to announce the appointment of Patricia Chase as Vice President, Foodservice, reporting to Matthew Wiant, CEO. In her role, Ms. Chase will be responsible for setting and executing the overall strategy in the foodservice channel and will be growing the sales team from 4 to 20 over the next several years to keep pace with demand.

Ms. Chase's industry background includes over 13 years at Sysco Food Service of Syracuse, where she served as Vice President of Program & Healthcare Sales before leaving. Prior to Sysco, Ms. Chase was at Novartis Nutrition Corporation for several years and she also ran her own nutrition consulting business. Ms. Chase earned her B.S. in Clinical Nutrition and M.B.A., with a concentration in Marketing and Finance, from Syracuse University.
