It has been very hot here in Baltimore and
we know most of the country is also sweltering. We hope you are
keeping as cool as you can and staying hydrated, which is always
important, especially when it's so hot. (For some great

"I try to drink a warm cup of KNOX Gelatin unflavored
every day to get my nails to become stronger. So after
I stir hot water into a cup with a packet of the plain gelatin
in it, I add a packet of the True Lime, usually. This makes it
much more palatable."
