Try asparagus roasted with a lemony dressing.
Ingredients
1 pound asparagus (one bunch)
11/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon melted butter
pinch of kosher salt
1 tablespoon water
2 packets True Lemon

Directions
- Roast asparagus at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
