Baked True Lime Chicken
Description
A coating of lime gives chicken real zing!
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 stick butter or butter substitute
1/2 cup flour
True Lime baste 1 teaspoon True Lime
1/2 cup minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt and pepper

Directions
- Pound the chicken breasts.
- Dredge with flour.
- Melt the butter in a baking pan.
- Coat chicken on all sides.
- Bake at 375 degrees F, brushing with pan drippings for 30 minutes.
- While chicken is cooking mix True Lime, minced onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add a 1/3 cup of water if mixture is too dry.
- Brush chicken with part of baste and bake, brushing with the remaining base for 30 minutes longer or until done.
