Easy to prepare and simple ingredients make this a fast but delicious dish. Chop, mix and serve!
Ingredients
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed 11 oz can whole golden corn, golden, drained 1 medium tomato, chopped 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped red onion 6 packets of True Lemon 2 Tablespoons olive oil 1 pinch salt and pepper (optional, to taste)
Directions
Using a large bowl, mix the black beans, corn, tomato, cilantro, red onion, True Lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper, (if desired).
This salad is best refrigerated until it's ready to be served, but it can also be served immediately.

I'm glad you've published this.... I've got one addition tho,I've added 2 pinches of dried Chilis that I grind fresh in my spice grinder. I mix Chipotle (1oz.),or Arbol (1oz.), Ancho(4oz.), California (4oz.), New Mexico (4oz.)Chilis. You can add garlic and onion powder (salt), but I like to use my chili mixture in sweet recipes also.I use it in every thing.You can store and use it for about a month. just put it in a sealed container or a shaker with a lid.....

this is a great recipe, but to make it pop even more, I use True Lime instead of lemon and add frozen corn instead of canned for an extra fresh taste
