Chili Lime Mayo
Description
Delicious in the place of high-fat tarter sauce, sour cream or mayonnaise.
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise or salad
1 4 oz can of chopped green chili (what ever heat you like)
3 packets of True Lime or to taste
Directions
Mix it all together and let sit at least an hour.
Notes
"Try this on fish in place of tarter sauce especially salmon yummy or use sour cream instead of mayo to use on tacos, enchilada, frittata whatever."
