Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine True Lemon, True Lime, olive oil, water, parsley, thyme, cumin, salt and pepper; whisk to blend.
2. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for salad.
3. Add chicken to marinade remaining in bowl; turn to coat.
4. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Grill chicken over medium heat on outdoor grill or stovetop ridged grill pan for 6 minutes per side or until cooked through
6. Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine watermelon, blueberry and onion with reserved 2 tablespoons marinade.
7. Serve chicken with salad; sprinkle with feta cheese.
8. Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
