Citrus Rice Pudding

Lovely and lemony, different and delicious!
Ingredients
2 cups Minute White Rice
6 packets True Lemon*
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold 2% milk
6 packets True Lemon*
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold 2% milk
Directions
- Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool.
- In a large bowl, prepare pudding according to package directions.
- Stir in cooled rice and True Lemon, blend well and serve.
