Ingredients
Dry BBQ spice rub
1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon chili powder, sweet or hot
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried, granulated garlic
1 packet of True Lemon
1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon chili powder, sweet or hot
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried, granulated garlic
1 packet of True Lemon
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Store in an air tight container up to 6 months.
This dry spice rub is good on chicken or pork. It will cover 3 pounds of chicken or 3 full slabs of pork ribs. I rub it on boneless, skinless chicken breast in the morning before going to work. In the evening it is an easy and quick entree to fix, either on the grill or baked in the oven.
