Green Beans with True Lemon and Pine Nuts

Water to cover
Salt
1 pound fresh or frozen green beans
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts*
2-4 packets of True Lemon (depending on how strong a lemon taste you like)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Bring the water to a boil on MEDIUM HIGH. Salt the water*. Add the beans, cover and let cook until done, about 10 minutes. Drain and return to hot pan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
*Toast pine nuts at 350F for 5-10 minutes.
