    Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie

    A delightful spin off this rich, delicate dessert.

    Ingredients

    1 cup vanilla ice cream
    3 Tablespoons Cheesecake flavor instant pudding mix
    2 packets True Lemon
    1/3 to 1/2 cup milk

    Directions

    In a blender, first start with 1/3 cup milk, then add ice cream, instant pudding mix, and 2 packets of True Lemon. Blend 30 to 40 seconds. Add more milk as necessary for desired consistency. Makes one serving.

    hmmm. I wonder if you replace the pudding mix with cherry jello and the True Lemon to True Lime if you could make a Cherry Limeade Smoothie?
