No Sugar Added Cream Cheese Lime Pie
Description
A fast, low-fat version of the classic.
Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust
2 8oz packages low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup Splenda
1 tub sugar free Cool Whip
5 packets True Lime
Directions
- Mix softened cream cheese and Splenda until creamy.
- Add Cool Whip a little at a time, mix well.
- Add True Lime and food coloring.
- Spoon into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
- Serve with added Cool Whip if desired.
