Pecan True Lemon Basil Meatballs

Description
A delicious change for those limiting their fat and red meat intake. Make ahead and freeze for re-heating in the microwave or skillet for a delicious and time saving pasta meal.Ingredients
1 pound ground fat-free turkey or ground fat-free chicken
15-20 packets True Lemon
1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans
1 teaspoon oregano (fresh or dry)
1 teaspoon basil (fresh or dry)
cooking spray (olive oil or vegetable oil)

Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
- Combine ground turkey with spices and True Lemon and roll into small balls, approximately 1/3 inches in size.
- Spray a baking sheet lightly with cooking spray, then set the meat balls onto sheet.
- Bake approximately 25 to 30 minutes (oven times may vary).
- Serve with steamed rice and/or vegetables, or add to your favorite sauces or pasta dishes for a tasty change of pace!
