Spicy Lime and Honey Wings

A tangy, sweet (but tart) honey lime coating gives these wings a refreshingly zingy taste!Ingredients
18-20 chicken wings
2 packets of True Lime
2 tablespoon sherry
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
2 packets of True Lime
2 tablespoon sherry

Directions
1. Split 18-20 whole chicken wings into upper and lower portions, discarding tips.
2. In a gallon zip-lock bag, mix 2 packets True Lime & 2 tablespoons cooking sherry; add 1/4 cup honey, 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce;
3. Add wing pieces; close, toss, and chill in refrigerator 6-24 hours.
4. In another gallon zip-lock bag, place 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour and 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper; transfer marinated wings, a few at a time and shake well, placing on a plate until all are coated.
5. Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.
6. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet; transfer wings to rack and spray well with no-stick spray; turn and spray again. Place pan in oven and cook 15 minutes; turn and cook another 15 minutes.
