Spicy Peanut Sauce

A great dip for grilled pork or chicken, or thinned out as a salad dressing or over pasta!Ingredients
4 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
3 teaspoons soy sauce
1 packet True Lime
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 tablespoons water
3 teaspoons soy sauce
1 packet True Lime
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 tablespoons water
Directions
1. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, True Lime and red pepper flakes.
2. Microwave 30 seconds.
3. Stir with a small whisk or fork.
4. Add water to desired consistency.
