Tequila Lime Chicken

Ingredients
4 - 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup water mixed with
8 packets True Lime
1/4 cup tequila
3 cups baked tortilla chips
1 cup Mexi-ranch dressing as follows: 1/4 cup Salsa, 3/4 low-fat Ranch dressing
3/4 cup shredded low fat Mexican blend cheese
8 packets True Lime

1 cup Mexi-ranch dressing as follows: 1/4 cup Salsa, 3/4 low-fat Ranch dressing
3/4 cup shredded low fat Mexican blend cheese
Directions
1. To prepare chicken, pour True Lime mixture and tequila into a zip-lock plastic bag. Marinate chicken overnight.
2. To prepare Mexi-ranch Dressing, in a small bowl mix: ¼ cup salsa & ¾ cup low fat ranch dressing. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Discard marinade.
3. To assemble: Scatter tortilla chips on an oven-safe plate. Slice chicken on diagonal and place strips on top of tortilla chips. Pour Mexi-ranch dressing over chicken.
4. Cover with the shredded low fat Mexican blend cheese.
5. Place chicken under the broiler until cheese is melted. (Be careful, plate will be hot!)
