    True Green Diet Iced Tea

    Description

    True Lime and True Orange get an anti-oxidant boost from super healthy green tea!

    Ingredients

    1/2 gallon water
    2 small Lipton green tea bags (or any green tea bags)
    2 packets True Lime
    2 packets True Orange
    1 1/2 cups Splenda (or a natural sweetener like Stevia or Truvia)

    Directions

    1. Place tea bags in 1/2 gallon of water. Bring to a boil.
    2. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
    3. Pour into a container. Add True Lime, True Orange and sweetener.
    4. Stir, let cool, add ice, and enjoy!

    This recipe can be doubled or tripled.

    I've been making this recipe for a few years. But please, no Splenda. Use Truvia or PureVia instead!

    Truvia and Purevia have chemicals that are bad for you as well. You need to give pure Liquid Stevia a try! The brand NOW at your local vitamin store carries it. There are other brands too, I just really enjoy this one.
