A yummy pudding that keeps the sugar where it should be - in the fruit!
Ingredients
1 small package sugar free cooked vanilla pudding 1 cup water 3 packets True Orange 1 can pineapple tidbits 1 large can fruit cocktail 1 cup sliced strawberries 3/4 cup coconut (optional)
Directions
Drain pineapple and fruit cocktail. (If fruit cocktail is in sugar syrup rinse and then drain.)
Mix dry pudding mix, water and True Orange in a small saucepan. Cook until just boils while stirring constantly. Let cool about an hour.
Place all fruit in large bowl and pour pudding mixture over. Stir well and then chill several hours.
Notes
You can also use whatever fruit you have on hand such as bananas, apples, mandarin oranges, blueberries etc.
