True Lemon® Confetti Coleslaw
½ head red cabbage, very thinly shredded or sliced
1 red, yellow or orange bell pepper, very thinly sliced
1 large or 2 medium carrots, shredded
¼ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
¼ cup lowfat milk
3 packets True Lemon®
3 tsp sugar or 3 packets sugar substitute
DIRECTIONS:
- Toss vegetables together in a large bowl.
- Whisk milk and mayonnaise together until smooth.
- Sprinkle in True Lemon® and sweetener and stir thoroughly.
- Add dressing to salad and toss gently until well mixed.
