True Orange Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes

Marinade
2 tablespoons chicken stock
1 tablespoon of soy sauce (low sodium)
1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

Sauce
8 True Orange Packets
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon chile paste
3 cloves of garlic, mince
2 tablespoons of sesame oil for stir frying

directions
  1. Place the cubed chicken in a bowl and add the marinade ingredients.
  2. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the sauce ingredients and the garlic.
  4. Heat large skillet or wok and add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, when oil is hot add garlic
  5. Add the chicken and stir-fry until chicken changes color.
  6. Push chicken to the sides of skillet or wok, making a well in the middle.
  7. Add the sauce.
  8. Combine the sauce and the chicken, cook for another minute.
  9. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes uncovered or until sauces thickens.
  10. Serve hot
