NIPPY ZIPPY True Lemon® CHEESE LOG


8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 packets True Lemon®
¾ cup chopped pecans
½ cup dried parsley

  1. In large bowl combine all ingredients except pecans and parsley.
  2. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed until well blended
  3. Stir in ¼ cup of the pecans (reserve ½ cup for coating).
  4. Cover and refrigerate mixture 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Spread parsley and remaining pecans evenly on sheet of plastic wrap or waxed paper.
  6. Form chilled cheese mixture into log shape; roll in parsley and pecans.
  7. Wrap and refrigerate for several hours
  8. Serve with crackers, chips or thinly sliced rye bread.
