Lemony Bean and Avocado Salad

1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
1 16 ounce can favorite bean (reserve 2-3 tablespoons liquid)
1 tomato, rough chop
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
2-3 radishes, thinly sliced
1-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 packets True Lemon®
1 teaspoon salt
fresh lemon zest, grated (to taste)
freshly ground pepper

- Combine all ingredients.
- Let sit in fridge over night to ‘marry’ flavors.
