Pecan Lemon Basil Meatballs


1 pound ground fat-free turkey or ground fat-free chicken
15-20 packets True Lemon®
½ cup toasted chopped pecans
1 teaspoon oregano (fresh or dry)
1 teaspoon basil (fresh or dry)
cooking spray (olive oil or vegetable oil)

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine ground turkey with spices and True Lemon® and roll into small balls, approximately 1/3 inches in size.
  3. Spray a baking sheet lightly with cooking spray, then set the meat balls onto sheet.
  4. Bake approximately 25 to 30 minutes (oven times may vary).
  5. Serve with steamed rice and/or vegetables, or add to your favorite sauces or pasta dishes for a tasty change of pace!
