True Lemon® MUFFINS 

2 cups all-purpose flour
5 packs True Lemon®
½ cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 egg, beaten

- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Grease bottom only of 12 muffin cups, or line with paper baking cups.
- In medium bowl, mix flour, True Lemon®, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In small bowl, combine milk, oil and egg; blend well.
- Add to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake at 400°F for 18-22 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool 1 minute before removing from pan. Serve warm.
