True Lemon® MUFFINS


2 cups all-purpose flour
5 packs True Lemon®
½ cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 egg, beaten

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease bottom only of 12 muffin cups, or line with paper baking cups.
  3. In medium bowl, mix flour, True Lemon®, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  4. In small bowl, combine milk, oil and egg; blend well.
  5. Add to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  6. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 18-22 minutes or until light golden brown.
  8. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan.   Serve warm.
