Low-Fat Lime Cheesecake


Filling:
1 pound cream cheese
1 pound nonfat cream cheese
1¼ cup Splenda®
5 packets True Lime™
4 eggs
Pinch salt

Crust:
1¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Splenda®
3 tablespoons butter, melted


Filling

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat cream cheeses and Splenda® until smooth. Add True Lime™ and salt; beat until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, 1 at a time, scraping sides of bowl and beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour cream cheese filling into prepared crust and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until slightly firm to touch.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool 25 to 30 minutes before placing in refrigerator.
    Chill.

Crust

  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. Press into 10-inch spring form pan.
