Low-Fat Lime Cheesecake

Filling:
1 pound cream cheese
1 pound nonfat cream cheese
1¼ cup Splenda®
5 packets True Lime™
4 eggs
Pinch salt
Crust:
1¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Splenda®
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Filling
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat cream cheeses and Splenda® until smooth. Add True Lime™ and salt; beat until smooth.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, scraping sides of bowl and beating well after each addition.
- Pour cream cheese filling into prepared crust and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until slightly firm to touch.
- Remove from oven and let cool 25 to 30 minutes before placing in refrigerator.
Chill.
Crust
- Mix ingredients.
- Press into 10-inch spring form pan.

Makes 1 (10-inch) crust
