EASY True Lemon® TARTS


1 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crust
1 package (4-serving size) lemon instant pie filling (plus ingredients to prepare mix)
2 packets True Lemon®



  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut four (4   ½ inch) circles from pie crust.
  3. Line muffin cups with pastry circles.
  4. Prick bottoms and sides with fork.
  5. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Cool.
  7. Prepare pie filling according to package directions adding True Lemon® to this mixture.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Cover and refrigerate.
  9. Just before serving, spoon pie filling into tart shells.
