EASY True Lemon® TARTS

1 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crust
1 package (4-serving size) lemon instant pie filling (plus ingredients to prepare mix)
2 packets True Lemon®

- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cut four (4 ½ inch) circles from pie crust.
- Line muffin cups with pastry circles.
- Prick bottoms and sides with fork.
- Bake 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool.
- Prepare pie filling according to package directions adding True Lemon® to this mixture.
- Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Cover and refrigerate.
- Just before serving, spoon pie filling into tart shells.
