MARINATED True Lemon® MELON MELANGE


½ cup honey
½ cup water
4 packets True Lemon®
¼ cup light rum
1 cup watermelon cubes
1 cup cantaloupe cubes
1 cup honey dew cubes
1 16-ounce can sliced peaches, drained



  1. In small saucepan, combine honey and water.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in True Lemon® and rum; cool.
  4. In large bowl combine watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew.
  5. Pour cooled marinade over fruit.
  6. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
  7. Just before serving, add peaches.
