Chili Lime Mayo

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise or salad
1 4 oz can of chopped green chili (what ever heat you like)
3 packets of True Lime or to taste
Directions
Mix it all together and let sit at least an hour.
Comments
Try this on fish in place of tarter sauce especially salmon yummy or use sour cream instead of mayo to use on tacos, enchilada, frittata what ever. |
