Lime Seared Scallops



8 ounces sea scallops, fresh or thawed
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon unsalted margarine or butter
1 packet True Lime

  1. Heat pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add oil and margarine.
  3. Add scallops.
  4. Sprinkle with half packet of True Lime.
  5. Turn over scallops to cook other side
  6. Sprinkle rest of packet on scallops.
  7. Serve hot.
