Lime Seared Scallops

8 ounces sea scallops, fresh or thawed
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon unsalted margarine or butter
1 packet True Lime

- Heat pan over medium high heat.
- Add oil and margarine.
- Add scallops.
- Sprinkle with half packet of True Lime.
- Turn over scallops to cook other side
- Sprinkle rest of packet on scallops.
- Serve hot.
