True Lemon® BASIL GRILLED CHICKEN


½ cup vegetable oil
6 packets True Lemon®
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried basil
1½ pounds (approximately) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  1. In a small bowl, combine oil, True Lemon®, vinegar, salt, pepper and basil.
  2. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and cover with marinade.
  3. Marinate chicken, turning once, for 30 to 45 minutes or overnight.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
