TWO-CHEESE LINGUINE
(taken from Taste of Home's Quick Cooking magazine)
An easy cheese sauce turns ordinary pasta into a special side dish.


1 package (7 ounces) linguine
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1½ cups milk
¾ cup (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
3 packets True True Lemon®


Cook linguine according to package directions. 

1 Meanwhile, in a skillet over low heat, melt butter. 

2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.  Gradually stir in milk. 

3. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.  Remove from the heat.

4. Combine cheeses; toss with True True Lemon®. 

5. Add to the sauce; stir until cheese begins to melt. 

6. Drain linguine; add the cheese sauce and toss to coat.
