Baked True Lime Chicken
Ingredients: 4 boneless chicken breasts
1 stick butter or butter substitute
½ cup flour
True Lime baste 1 teaspoon True Lime
½ cup minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
Directions:
Pound the chicken breasts.
Dredge with flour.
Melt the butter in a baking pan.
Coat chicken on all sides.
Bake at 375 degrees F, brushing with pan drippings for 30 minutes.
True Lime Baste Directions
While chicken is cooking mix True Lime, minced onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add a 1/3 cup of water if mixture is too dry.
Brush chicken with part of baste and bake, brushing with the remaining base for 30 minutes longer or until done.
Serve with rice and/or vegetables.
