Tuna and White Bean Salad
Here's a recipe that's very tasty but when True Lime is added, it's even better!
1 can tuna, drained
1 - 15 ounce can white cannellini or garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
4 stalks of celery, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, minced
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 packet True Lime**
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together tuna, beans, celery and red onion. Add olive oil and True Lime to tuna mixture and combine thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
Makes 2 servings
**I've also tried using True Lemon but prefer the lime taste for a different taste.
