Maryland Crab Cakes

1 lb.lump or jumbo lump crab meat
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped or dry parsley
1 egg
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon brown mustard
1 packet True Lemon
½ to 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning (depending on how spicy you want it)


  1. In a bowl gently combine crabmeat (clean crabmeat of shells if necessary), bread crumbs, and parsley
  2. In a separate bowl mix egg with remaining ingredients
  3. Carefully combine the two bowls and blend together so that the mixture can be made into crab cakes.  Try not to break-up the crab meat to much when blending.
  4. Broil the crab cakes for 10 minutes on each side.

Servings
5 – 4oz crab cakes.

Comments
Serve with cocktail sauce or tarter sauce.
