True Lemon® CRAB SALAD


4 tablespoons fat-free ranch dressing
3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon reduced calorie mayonnaise
4 tablespoons horseradish
4 packets True Lemon®
dash hot pepper sauce
½ teaspoon ground cumin
8 ounces fresh crab meat
2 cups drained canned whole-kernel corn
2 cups chopped red bell pepper
2 cups chopped lettuce

  1. In large bowl, combine dressing, mayonnaise, horseradish, True Lemon®, hot pepper sauce and cumin.
  2. Add crabmeat, corn, lettuce and bell pepper
  3. Toss well to combine
  4. Refrigerate covered until chilled
