True Lemon® EGG SALAD SPREAD


6 hard cooked eggs, quartered
1/3 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
3 packets True Lemon®
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce

  1. Put 2 eggs in blender container.
  2. Cover and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Empty into bowl and repeat with remaining eggs.
  4. Put remaining ingredients into blender container.
  5. Cover and process at CHOP until mixed.
  6. Add to eggs and mix thoroughly.
