Lemon Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2- 3/4 cup yogurt (or a packet of vanilla flavored meal replacement drink)
1 packet True Lemon
1 tablespoon sugar
8 oz. water
1-2 tablespoons golden flax seed
Assorted fresh or frozen berries
4 ice cubes

Directions
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy a cool refreshing drink.
