CITRUS RUB

1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
lightly pounded and cut into 4 ounce portions

Rub
grated zest of 1 orange
1t True Lemon®
1t True Lime™
2T brown sugar
1T minced onion
1T minced garlic
1T chopped fresh dill
¼ t kosher salt
lots of freshly ground black pepper

1T olive oil
½ orange to squeeze over chicken

¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1t True Lemon® (or 2 packets)
1t True Lime™ (or 2 packets)

1. Combine ingredients for rub in small bowl. Reserve 1T rub.
2. Rub mixture into chicken on both sides.
3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for minimum 1 hour.
4. Drizzle olive oil into large baking pan.
5. Place chicken in pan; bake for -20 minutes; squeeze juice of 1/2 orange over chicken and turn. Cook -10 more minutes until done.
7. Remove chicken from pan and cover with foil.
8. In small bowl whisk together reserved 1T rub with orange juice and remaining True Lemon & True Lime. Heat in small saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes..
9.Drizzle juice mixture over chicken and serve immediately.
10. Enjoy!
