Shrimp for the Barby

Extra large shrimp, skewered, 4-6 each approximately 1 pound for 3 people
2 sticks of margarine or butter
2 tablespoons of your favorite beer- optional
5 packets of True Lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp crushed Rosemary
1 tsp crushed Marjoram

- Melt butter and then mix all ingredients together.
- Place mixed ingredients in refrigerator for one hour (minimum)
- Marinade shrimp in mix for at least one hour.
- Place shrimp on grill.
- As you grill shrimp, brush mixture on them, both sides as you flip them.
- Grill about six minutes on a good medium heat. Shrimp are done when firm and pink.
- Enjoy!
