Shrimp for the Barby



Extra large shrimp, skewered, 4-6 each approximately 1 pound for 3 people
2 sticks of margarine or butter
2 tablespoons of your favorite beer- optional
5 packets of True Lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp crushed Rosemary
1 tsp crushed Marjoram

  1. Melt butter and then mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place mixed ingredients in refrigerator for one hour (minimum)
  3. Marinade shrimp in mix for at least one hour.
  4. Place shrimp on grill.
  5. As you grill shrimp, brush mixture on them, both sides as you flip them.
  6. Grill about six minutes on a good medium heat. Shrimp are done when firm and pink.
  7. Enjoy!
