CUCUMBERS IN True Lemon® CREAM SAUCE


½ cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk
½ teaspoon kosher salt
black pepper
6 packets True Lemon®
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon dried chives
4 cucumbers slices thin and peeled

1. Whisk together all ingredients except cucumbers
2. Place cucumbers in 9 x 12 dish and pour cream sauce over cucumbers
3. Chill for 1 hour or until serving time
