True Lemon®-MINT COUSCOUS


½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
3 packs True Lemon®
1 tablespoon dried mint leaves
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
2 ounces couscous

  1. In small saucepan, combine broth, mint, True Lemon® and ginger.
  2. Bring liquid to a boil.
  3. Stir couscous into boiling liquid; remove saucepan from heat.
  4. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff with fork.
