True Lemon®-MINT COUSCOUS 

½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
3 packs True Lemon®
1 tablespoon dried mint leaves
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
2 ounces couscous

- In small saucepan, combine broth, mint, True Lemon® and ginger.
- Bring liquid to a boil.
- Stir couscous into boiling liquid; remove saucepan from heat.
- Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork.
