The Dockens Family

The Dockens first learned of True Lemon from Meagan’s mom, Cindy Knippa, who lives in San Antonio, Texas. “Now that we’ve discovered it for ourselves, we just can’t get enough of it,” says Meagan. “We literally use it on everything.” 

Meagan’s sprinkles True Lemon on raw vegetables and admits that her family now eats more vegetables then ever before. She says that it’s especially good on cucumbers.  For extra flavor in her family’s favorite drinks and dips, Meagan loves to add True Lemon to smoothies and guacamole. She also bakes with True Lemon and has perfected a delicious recipe for lemon meringue pie and poppy-seed muffins.

Both Meagan’s children, Skyler, age 5 and Braydon, age 4 love the taste of True Lemon. “They always use it in their water, and they drink a lot of water and ice tea,” she says.  “It’s so easy for them and allows them to be more independent because they can just pour the True Lemon crystals, where they’re unable to squeeze a lemon.”

Like many families in today’s world of “waist watchers,” the Dockens look after their health and True Lemon has made the difference in the amount of water they all drink daily. Chris, Meagan’s husband, who designs websites for a living and is enjoying his summer remodeling their house, professes to be a huge water and ice tea drinker as well, adding to the families need to keep an ample supply of True Lemon on hand. 

Along with caring for her family, Meagan works at TTI Inc. as a Branch Administrative Assistant, and enjoys her free-time scrap booking and making Longaberger baskets.  However, she’s now got one more thing on her plate – she’s discovered the genuine taste of True Lime.  It’s now her “favorite new thing,” and she’s having fun conceiving ways to use its savory fresh flavor.
