True Lemon Super Fan Kathy Trzuskiowski

Let us introduce you to our February 2008 Super Fan! Kathy, a teacher's aid for autistic children from Lumberton, NJ, came across True Lemon in her local grocery store and thought she'd give it a try. Her family is full of water and tea drinkers and True Lemon made more sense than buying fresh lemons, which Kathy found would often go bad before they could be used. Little did Kathy know what she was getting herself into: True Lemon and Lime quickly became a staple in the Trzuskiowski household.

Kathy and her family (she has three children) use about 12 packets of True Lemon or Lime a day! That's more than two boxes a week!

"I pack four lunches every day and throw a few packets in each one. We love it in our water," she says. Kathy also sprinkles True Lemon on her fruit salad and uses it in a family Green Pepper jelly recipe. (Click here to check out the recipe.)

People are always curious about True Lemon and True Lime when Kathy adds it to her water - it's a great conversation starter. Even the teachers at the school where one of her daughters teach were so interested in True Lemon, her daughter brought them in samples. Now they're all hooked!

Just recently Kathy's youngest daughter, a sophomore in college, called home in a panic because she was out of True Lemon. Kathy went to her pantry, only to find she had one box left. "I had to go to the store and stock up again and get extra boxes for my daughter at college. She's as hooked on True Lemon as the rest of us!"

It's hard for Kathy to imagine what life before True Lemon and Lime was like, but lucky for Kathy and her family, they won't have to go back to it. "We just can't drink our water and tea without True Lemon now," gushes Kathy.
