It is our pleasure to introduce you to Mike Jones of Baltimore, MD!

An avid cook, Mike uses True Lemon® and True Lime™ about 3 to 4 times a week in preparation of his meals. “I mainly use the shakers for cooking; however, my girlfriend uses the packets to flavor her water and iced tea.”

There are even a few recipes that Mike uses all of the time. “For chicken (Cornish hens as an example), I like to use both the lemon and lime shakers in a rub with some type of smoky mesquite or chipotle seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic salt and whatever else I feel in the mood for.

My pork chops are also something I am very proud of. I use the True Lime™ shaker and Cajun seasoning and generously cover the pork chops with these. For the baking process of the pork chops, I add a very small amount of water to keep the chops from burning and I like to add True Lemon® or True Lime™ or both to the water to have the chops soak up the flavor as they bake. I also enjoy smothering my vegetables in the shakers, to give them a hint of citrus. The possibilities for these products are endless, really.”

Mike, 23 is a shipping and receiving manager in Baltimore, MD. He has three pets, a puppy named Cadillac and two cats, Knuckles and Roulette. His passions are music and tattoos. “In a roundabout way, both let me represent who I am.”
