Use True Lemon to Season Foods instead of Salt

We love the taste of salt, but did you know most adults today consume around twice the recommended daily limit* of salt and sodium?

When salt intake is too high, the kidneys cannot keep up and salt goes into the bloodstream, where it draws more water into the blood. That increases the volume of blood and raises blood pressure.
