2 Persian or 1 large English cucumbers
Few mint leaves
Large handful of raw baby spinach leaves
1 avocado, peeled, and seed removed
3 large strawberries
8oz pineapple/coconut juice blend
2 packets of True Lemon
Blend everything together, and enjoy!
