A tangy way to enjoy asparagus, as it’s roasted with a lemony dressing.
1 pound asparagus (one bunch)
1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon melted butter
Pinch of kosher salt
2 packets True Lemon dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
- Toss asparagus with olive oil. Roast at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- Combine melted butter, salt, and True Lemon juice. Drizzle over asparagus before serving.
