Avocado Cucumber Ham Sushi Wraps

A great lunch wrap for kids and grown-ups alike!


Tortilla wrap
Cranberry sauce or mayonnaise
Avocado, sliced
1 packet of True Lemon dissolved in 1/2 tablespoon water
Shaved ham or turkey (low sodium, if available)
Cucumbers, thinly sliced
Red pepper, thinly sliced (optional)

  1. Spread tortilla wrap with cranberry sauce or mayonnaise.
  2. Drizzle sliced avocado with True Lemon juice. Add to the wrap.
  3. Top with cucumber sticks and slices of ham. Add optional peppers.
  4. Roll up tightly, and cut in half. Enjoy!

To make these look more ‘sushi’-like, trim the ends of the wrap and cut into 2-inch slices. This wrap is excellent when paired with some sweet apple slices, or a bowl of soup.

Alternate version: exchange the cucumber for finely chopped cabbage, and exchange the ham for sushi-grade tuna. Serve with a side of soy sauce for dipping!
