A great lunch wrap for kids and grown-ups alike!
Cranberry sauce or mayonnaise
1 packet of True Lemon dissolved in 1/2 tablespoon water
Shaved ham or turkey (low sodium, if available)
Cucumbers, thinly sliced
Red pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
- Spread tortilla wrap with cranberry sauce or mayonnaise.
- Drizzle sliced avocado with True Lemon juice. Add to the wrap.
- Top with cucumber sticks and slices of ham. Add optional peppers.
- Roll up tightly, and cut in half. Enjoy!
To make these look more ‘sushi’-like, trim the ends of the wrap and cut into 2-inch slices. This wrap is excellent when paired with some sweet apple slices, or a bowl of soup.
Alternate version: exchange the cucumber for finely chopped cabbage, and exchange the ham for sushi-grade tuna. Serve with a side of soy sauce for dipping!
