3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup of half & half
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 packet of True Black Cherry Limeade
1 1/2 cups of fresh black cherries (seeds removed), or frozen
1 tablespoons chia and/or hemp seeds (optional)
- Mix above ingredients well on low in a heavy duty blender.
- Turn off, and add 2 1/2 cups of ice.
- Blend on high for about one minute, or until desired consistency is reached.
